Due to GEICO changing their prices/policy's back in 2019 I was forced to shop around. I Called the Brian Boyer State Farm insurance here in Rockford IL and was connected to insurance agent Pam. Pam is and has always been a Delight to talk to and deal with. With her positive attitude and kindness ALWAYS, she goes above and beyond to help her customer's find the right insurance coverages and at a price that her customer's can afford. Six months ago i decided to leave my previous car insurance which I used to have for over 22years. I moved to State Farm insurance, car&rental. I could not be more satisfied! I’m paying much less than I used to and receiving much more with State Farm. I ran into a serious flooding issue in my apartment a month after I started w/State Farm. And every single agent of State Farm was extremely helpful. I could not be more thankful! Not to mention that I had only a month to submit all that was required of the damaged before I left for emergency overseas and in a month I was able to complete all the process and shortly after received payment for all the damage! Miss Pam, was extremely helpful throughout this process as well as every single gentleman who came across and assisted me w/the issue. They made it very easy for me to deal with it all. Such an amazing team. Wonderful customer service. Thank you so much for all you have done! 100% recommended!!
